- The "Aux Pêcheurs d'Etaples" group of Restaurants, Fishmongers and Caterers guarantees the freshness, quality and taste of the seafood caught by the local fishing flotilla. Every day, in Etaples-sur-Mer, Boulogne-sur-Mer and Lille, they add further value to our craft production and actively help in promoting recognition of our products by consumer in the attractive, authentic surroundings of their establishments. In so doing, they also help communicate our love of the sea, the backbone of our regional and corporate culture.
Our Producers Organisation starts work onboard our ships and stops on the table, so that the consumer can taste the quality of our produce. Using traditional local fishing produce, the focus is placed on the quality and culinary creativity of Brasserie-style seafood restaurants. For amateurs of fine food, fresh produce and great cooking, "Aux Pêcheurs d'Etaples" offers the best catch you'll get on any line
from Cod to Calamary, Red mullet, Scallops and Sole - to name but a few.

Our business as Restaurants, Fishmongers and Caterers on the three sites of Etaples-sur-Mer, Boulogne-sur-Mer and Lille, started in 1983 with the opening of our first establishment in Etaples-sur-Mer (a subsidiary of the CME OP group). We have a seating capacity of 400 and a staff of 55 people, generating an annual sales figure of some FF 35 million. Each member has access to the group's large-scale logistics resources, thereby guaranteeing the optimum freshness of our products and the perfect service of our dishes.

Bass, Brill, Calamary, Cod, Conger, Cuttle-fish, Dogfish, Flounder, Lemon Sole, Mackerel, Plaice, Pout, Red mullet, Scallops, Sea-Bream, Skate, Sole, Turbot, Whiting
are just some of the products (more than 30 species of seafood) caught fresh by our Small-scale Fishing Flotilla, that you will find every day, according to the catch, direct from our catcher vessels onto our Fishmongers' stands.
